I’ve been teaching driver’s safety classes for over 20 years and worked with 3 different providers before I signed up with this company. Their customer service is very efficient and friendly. First of all, they all – Wendy, Michael, Estefania and Rebecca – work as a team. I usually work with Wendy, but whoever picks up the phone can solve any problem and answer any question immediately. Working with this company for the last 2 years is all pleasure. They mail students’ certificate as soon as they receive class submissions, there has never been a delay. Requested duplicates are also mailed immediately. I also like that they allow agencies to enter their students’ information into the system. This helps to avoid misspelling of the students’ names, which was a big problem with my prior providers, it offended students and caused processing delays. They are also excellent in handling problems with US Postal service.
