New Years Eve is a holiday well known for drinking the previous year away, and welcoming in the new year with a big bang. This year stay safe, and sober on the roads. If you suspect someone may be drunk on the road, stay as far away from them as possible and alert the authorities of your location, and where the driver was spotted. AAA offers Tipsy Tow services to all drivers (membership not required) on New Year’s Eve/morning from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Drivers, potential passengers, party hosts, bartenders, and restaurant managers can call 800-222-4357 (AAA-HELP) for a free tow home of up to 10 miles. Just tell the AAA operator, “I need a Tipsy Tow,” and a truck will be on its way.
